By accessing or using Lully, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Lully provides personalized AI-generated nighttime stories with illustrations and audio narration. Stories are created based on your preferences and delivered for your personal use.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Lully operates on a pay-per-story model:

• Current pricing is $2.00 per custom story
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

Stories generated through Lully are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or license generated stories
• Use stories for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove copyright notices or attributions
• Claim authorship of AI-generated content

Our Content

The Lully platform, including all software, design elements, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Third-Party Services

Lully uses third-party services including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Supabase, and Stripe. Your use of these services through Lully is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will meet your expectations
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• The service will help you sleep (individual results may vary)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lully shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
